SHIPPING

All shipping is sent out tracked and signed for.

USA Express (1-3 days)

Rest (Worldwide)  (Incl NI) (2-5days)

DISCLAIMER: All items are sent express, so typically you will receive the parcel at the lower end of the above ‘guideline’ shipping times. However, sometimes parcels can be delayed and take longer, in this case please contact us and we will advise where we can. Parcels sent outside of the UK can be subject to customs charges, of which ‘you’ the ‘customer’ are responsible for. 

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

When purchasing from Maison Hush, the order is a binding agreement between us (Maison Hush) & you (customer) of which the delivery must be delivered at the address placed on the order & only that address.

As per parcel delivery rights, Maison Hush, and consequently the shipping company, will not be liable for any missing/damaged/stolen items that either:

1. Misplaced due to incorrect  or incomplete address

2. Has been 'left in a safe place'


Return to Sender (RTS) Packages:

In the event that a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender" (RTS) due to the customer's rejection or failure to receive the delivery, we will refund the total cost of the items, excluding the shipping charges. Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable in these instances. If you encounter any RTS situations, rest assured that you will receive a refund for the items as soon as they are returned to our facility.


DAMAGED, MISSING & STOLEN ITEMS

In the unlikely event a shipment is either damaged in transit, missing or stolen, & as long as the rules under the 'Contractual Agreement' section of this Shipping policy have been adhered to, the customer must reach out to the customer service team within 3 days of receiving damaged items/receiving a delivery confirmed email albeit missing/stolen.

An investigation will take place but please be advised this may take up to 2 months to resolve due to the time taken for shipment companies to investigate & communicate with us

To note: Our timelines above are dictated by shipping company policies, and not by Maison Hush. We will always endeavour to resolve any issue as quickly & hassle free as possible.
