Refund policy

Maison Hush does not offer returns for wrong sizing or ordering the wrong item so please be cautious and do not hesitate to ask for more sizing information by contacting us. If a wrong size arrives, please do not open the package and contact our email omg@maisonhush.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a condition that is clearly the fault of Maison Hush such as disfiguration, dye issues, wrong size in the wrong package (must submit proof).

Return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery, and must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in a new, unused condition, with original packaging, tags attached, unaltered, and free of any odor. No exceptions will be made.
  2. Refunds will only cover the cost of the item; shipping charges will not be refunded.
  3. Items marked as Clearance, Final Sales, or undergarments are not eligible for exchange.
  4. We advise that you insure packages when returning items, particularly for high-end products, as you are responsible for shipping them back to us.
  5. Maison Hush is not liable for packages that do not reach our warehouse. To ensure a smooth exchange process, we recommend shipping items back as soon as possible since we cannot guarantee the availability of replacement items.
  6. Upon receiving the returned items, we will send you an email notification and keep you updated on the progress of the exchange. Typically, the exchange process takes 10-15 business days from receipt of items.
